這個免費的線上規劃工具是一個幫助衛生專業人員、重要成年人、教師、照顧者和家庭成員支持年輕人的工具。制定計劃可以在年輕人感到不安全時為他們提供幫助，並為他們提供在有自殺或自殘想法時使用的策略。 My Safety Planner 有兩個版本，適合 12 至 18 歲的年輕人。
