Overview
In collaboration with the City of Adelaide libraries and community centres, Relationships Australia SA is offering an opportunity for the community to learn and engage through a diversity of supports offered by the Gambling Help Service’s experienced, holistically driven, and passionate team.
With over six years’ experience working for Relationships Australia SA’s Children and Family Services, Gambling Help practitioner Leon will explore the challenges of being a parent or caregiver.
Supporting kids on their journey to adulthood can have us feeling a rollercoaster of emotions. It can be hard to juggle parenting whilst making time for our own wellbeing. Join Leon for an interactive discussion about parenting concepts and ideas drawn from children’s development and neuroscience research. The session will offer information to support you as a parent or caregiver to feel confident about participating in your child’s life.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions during this session, related to the topics we explore.
