Body Mind Connection explores the fight, flight, or freeze reactions that happen to our bodies when we are put into stressful, surprising or traumatic situations.
During this session, you will learn what happens to our brains and bodies during these situations, and what triggers unwanted reactions.
The Body Mind Connection facilitators will explore a mindfulness activity that offers the opportunity to feel relaxed, calm and have a deeper connection to body awareness and regulation.
