Come aiutiamo
We provide support to people affected by adoption, including therapeutic counselling, casework, emotional support, records tracing, assistance with family search and reunion, group activities, peer support.

Specialised services delivered by people who understand the unique challenges of adoption trauma and its impact across the lifespan. Face-to-face, telephone and telehealth counselling.

Trauma informed support to those affected by adoption; information and professional development for allied health and community workers; Mentor Program for young adoptees.

There is no cost for our support services. Costs may apply to our Mentor Program.

Mentor Program
We offer a Mentor Program for young adoptees. This is an activities-based program where young adoptees get peer support and mentoring by adult adoptees.

Connected Parenting
Connect Parenting equips adoptive parents with the knowledge and practical skills to better understand their child’s needs, be culturally responsive, and provide meaningful and trauma informed parenting. This online course was developed by the Post Adoption Support Service, and updated by the Intercountry Adoptee and Family Support Service and Relationships Australia SA’s training organisation, AISR.
