Parents or carers of children or young people who have experienced any form of family violence and would like to learn how to understand and respond to their children.
How We Help
Our experienced facilitators support and encourage conversations to help parents recognise the strengths in their parenting, understand their child’s experience and respond effectively to their child’s behaviour.
What to Expect
A small group of parents and carers in a supportive environment, exploring their parenting experience after family violence.
Program
Two-hour sessions weekly for six weeks.
Offered every school term at Relationships Australia SA in Port Adelaide.
