Family DOORS stands for Detection of Overall Risk Screen. If you choose to participate in the process, it will help our practitioners identify and respond to your family’s safety and wellbeing risks.

We are always respectful of your family’s unique requirements. Completing Family DOORS gives you an opportunity to let us know about any tough stuff you’re up against. Our research shows it’s helpful – but it’s not compulsory.
