Our COVID-19 response | November 2020

RASA office doors are currently closed but our services continue.

We are still available to help you. We have adjusted our service delivery to ensure our important family and community programs are COVID safe.

Where possible and practical, appointments will be available via RASA Telehealth. Online courses will continue via videoconferencing. Our community events are postponed.

If for safety and emergency reasons the service cannot be provided via Telehealth, the COVID-19 Drill will ensure face-to-face contact is safe.

The COVID-19 Drill in four easy steps:

  1. Confirmation you or your family do not have cold, flu or fever symptoms, and that you have not been at a hotspot in the last 14 days
  2. Clean hands immediately before the appointment (with an alcohol sanitiser or soap and water)
  3. Coughing or sneezing into the elbow or tissue during the appointment
  4. Social distancing by maintaining a distance of 1.5 metres.

We strongly encourage everyone to check the SA Health website for updates and to follow their latest advice. Your cooperation will help keep the community, clients, students, staff and volunteers safe.

We will continue sharing resources and updates via our website, FacebookTwitterLinkedIn and Instagram.
