The Redress Support Service is provided by Elm Place at Relationships Australia SA.
The National Redress Scheme aims to acknowledge the harm done to people who experienced childhood sexual abuse as a result of engagement with both government and non-government institutions across Australia, and helps people who have experienced institutional child sexual abuse gain access to counselling and psychological services, a direct personal response, and a monetary payment.
The Redress Support Service can help you understand the Scheme, discuss triggers and coping strategies, guide you through the application and process, and provide support when an offer of Redress is received.
