Your complaint will be taken seriously. Unless you have chosen not to be contacted, a Manager will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your complaint. The Manager will then investigate the complaint and will provide feedback to you within 5 working days. Complaints will be resolved within 30 working days, where possible.
