Our training division, the Australian Institute of Social Relations’ COPE Workforce Development courses are back for semester 2 and ready for registrations!
Come along to a fundraiser to support White Ribbon’s prevention programs in schools, workplaces and in the wider community.
The event is being run to provide information on services and community organisations in the Parafield gardens and surrounding areas to local residents.
There will be a Welcome to Country by Rodney O’Brian and Music will be provided by Brutha and I and the Songambele International Gospel Choir.
Twenty five stall holders will be providing information as well as a sausage sizzle, Devonshire tea and several children’s activities, Metropolitan Fire Service Truck and soccer workshops.
The event is hosted by the Inner Northern Violence Against Women Regional Collaboration.

NAIDOC Week celebrations are held across Australia each July to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. NAIDOC is celebrated not only in Indigenous communities, but by Australians from all walks of life. The week is a great opportunity to participate in a range of activities and to support your local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.

Minister for Social Services, the Hon. Scott Morrison today announced $3.9 million in Coalition Government funding which will enable people adversely affected by forced adoption practices to benefit from specialised support services across Australia. Relationships Australia South Australia will be providing this service in SA.
