Families are complex and diverse. They come in all different shapes and sizes and are all defined by themselves. Each family member may be at different stages of development which can have an effect on attitudes, behaviours and relationships. Parental separation and divorce or unstable family environments can add to the stressors that some families face.

Sometimes families need support, especially during difficult times, or when circumstances change.

We support all individuals, couples, families and children in different ways:

  • Strengthening family relationships
  • Parenting children at all ages
  • Step or foster parenting
  • Assisting families after adoption
  • Helping parents manage separation/divorce
  • Supporting children after parental separation
  • Preparing for a new relationship
  • Highlighting resources and information for further self development
  • Working with other service providers to build resilience and stability.
