The REFOCCUS© Inventory is a collection of five questionnaires that a couple can use and score themselves (as part of five weekly evening sessions) in which the general topic areas are discussed with other couples - sensitive issues are discussed privately between the couple or with a facilitator.
It is ideal for long term committed/married couples who wish to spend time and energy on their relationship, but desire a little direction and skill building assistance in doing so. REFOCCUS© can help you affirm what is strong in your relationship and help you explore areas ready for growth and/or problem solving.
