Our mental health can affect our self-esteem, emotional outlook and ability to make the most of our potential in life. If we have good mental health, our lives are generally happier and more fulfilled.
However, many of us do experience mental health problems at some stage in our lives. Sometimes we can ‘bounce back’ from setbacks. Sometimes issues actually develop further.
