Personal Counselling
Counselling can offer an opportunity for you to explore and possibly change, various aspects of your life.
People use counselling to receive one-on-one support for a range of issues. We can assist you to find your own solution by opening up communication and offering suggestions.
We do not judge or provide advice.

Our specialist counsellors are friendly, non-judgmental and supportive. We are also specially trained to respond to the below issues.

Sexual concerns
We provide specialist counselling to people who have concerns or difficulties which are primarily sexual in nature.

Adult childhood sexual abuse
We support people over 16 years who were sexually abused as children. Services include counselling, referrals, information and resources available at www.respondsa.org.au. We also provide support for others affected such as partners and family members.

Domestic violence and family violence
We provide counselling, information, referral and links to other support services for women, men, couples and families who have been affected by domestic and/or family violence. We also provide counselling for those wishing to address their violent behaviour and its affect on themselves and their relationships.

Separation
We provide counselling to people who are thinking about separation, are currently going through separation, or have already separated.

Hepatitis C or HIV
Our MOSAIC service provides support to people affected by HIV or hepatitis C, including the family, friend and carers of people who live with either illness.

Post adoption
Our Post Adoption Support Services responds to the needs of people involved in adoption. This includes birth parents and families, persons who have been adopted, and adoptive parents and families.
Problem gambling
We help people affected by problem gambling through our Gambling Help Services. We can help you to deal with the causes and effects of problem gambling, regain control over their gambling and in many cases to stop altogether. We also offer support to friends and family who are affected by problem gambling.
